Job Purpose:
Client Relationship Manager will be responsible to achieve the
organization's financial goals. She will be directing the team and ensuring to focus on
goal setting, look at data, motivate and help everyone to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with key accounts prospects.
- Post sales complete responsibility of the account.
- Meeting the existing accounts regularly.
- Setting up the operations process along with CTL’s operation team.
- Promotion both offline and online of the key accounts.
- Responsible for revenue of these key accounts.
- Coordination with accounts team for payment collections.
- Responsible for initiatives to increase revenue in Accounts.
- Presentation of new initiatives from CTL.
- End to end coordination with marketing and operations team for rolling out these initiatives.
- Single point of contact for challenges arising in these accounts.
- Regular feedback from clients.
- Regular feedback to CTL management.
(Accounts refer to Hospitals, all healthcare setup and doctors.)
Requisite Skills:
- Should have Good Interpersonal and listening skills.
- Should have excellent Communications Skills.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Should be Fluent in English.
- Should be able to communicate in Marathi and Hindi.
- Willing to travel, will have to travel frequently.
- Flexible work timings.
Desired Skills:
- Should have excellent client management skills.
- Should have knowledge of Ms Office.
Education:
- Graduate from any field / PGDM or MBA Sales & Marketing or Operations
Relevant Experience:
- 5 - 6 Years
